Richard Chandler

President and Director

Rick Chandler is President of Chandler Consulting, LLC, which provides public policy and government relations consulting services to organizations and businesses on state policy issues. He previously served as Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Revenue and as Wisconsin's State Budget Director. Rick is an active participant on the MPL Foundation Board of Directors, currently serving on several committees. Additionally, he is a member of the Thoreau Elementary School Endowment Fund Committee and Downtown Madison, Inc. When asked why he has chosen to serve on the MPL Foundation Board of Directors, Rick states, "Our family loves libraries. Vibrant and accessible libraries are a key asset for our community."
